This is the blog for Breakout 2008
On this section of the site you will find the thoughts and feelings from the management team - the people who are responsible for making the event happen every two years. We are the people who plan the activities, book the bands, order the sound systems, decide the menus, design the merchandise, make the computers work, build and run the event site, communicate with you and think about the spiritual side of the event. We are based all over the UK, and will use this part of the site to let you know how we are getting on, and what we are doing.
You can also get involved with this part of the website, by sending your ideas and commenting on what we say. At the end of each post is a button which says ‘post a comment’. You can also read what others have said.
The team are made up of a wide and diverse range of people with many different backgrounds - so just to let you know, any views or opinions expressed on this site are purely those of the author, and not necessarily those of the Methodist Church or MAYC.
